Cream Cheese Pound Cake

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 3 sticks soft butter
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla
  • 3 Cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 Cups flour

Mix softened cream cheese with butter, add sugar and eggs, one at a time, beat well after each egg. Add vanilla and flour. Grease bunt pan heavy with Crisco. Coat with sugar. Spray with Pam. This makes a sugar coat. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Enjoy!
